DESIGNER PORTFOLIO

Biography:

Marion has been with Sheffield for more than a decade, and she has been designing homes, personal offices, and public halls on Philadelphia's Main Line for more than 20 years. Originally from the Mid-West, Marion has lived in numerous places including Miami and Chicago before she settled in Media Pennsylvania with her husband, the good Dr. Nelson, and her best friend, the dog, "Chester". Marion has her B.A. in Art History and Education from University of Detroit at Mercy, as well as a second degree from Miami Dade College where she studied Interior Design.

As a 25 year member of A.S.I.D., her resume is full of prestigious projects such as:

• Miami's famous 555 Collins Avenue Lobby.
• NRC's Historic Model at 4th and Walnut in Philadelphia which Brad Pitt resided in while he was in Philadelphia.
• The Honorable Richard Nixs, Supreme Court Justice's Law Offices in
  Philadelphia's City Hall.
  Residences in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square for major companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb.
• She did work for Walter Annenberg former, Ambassador to Great Britain.
• She designed the famous Logan Square models in Center City Philadelphia.
• She has been in the Vassar Show House & the Philadelphia AIDS House 4 times.

Marion's work has been published in:
The Philadelphia Inquirer, Chester County Magazine, and Miami Dade Magazine.
Marion has done many lectures, and currently does design seminars for Sheffield.
